Use & limitations.

Your photos

Use photos you own or have permission to process. You keep your rights to the photos you choose. The single-photo tool does not require a payment or an account.

Check the destination’s requirements

UploadFit handles crops, pixel dimensions, print-resolution metadata, and file size. It cannot guarantee acceptance by an application form, social platform, identity-document reviewer, or printing service. Check the exported file and the destination’s current rules before using it.

Quality and print size

JPEG and WebP encoding may lose detail. Enlarging an image cannot recreate missing detail. JPG and PNG exports in inches include the selected PPI, but print applications can override that information through scaling and paper settings.

Limits

KB means 1,000 bytes; MB means 1,000,000 bytes. File limits are maximums, not exact sizes. This version accepts photos up to 30 MB and 24 megapixels and exports images up to 16 megapixels, with each output side at most 8192 px. Browser capabilities and available memory may impose a lower practical limit.
