How to prepare your photo

  3. Download the image, then use Instagram’s Story preview to check controls and overlays.

Can this resize a Story video?

No. UploadFit processes static JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC photos. It does not edit video, add music, or create an animated Story.

Can I keep the whole landscape photo without cropping?

This tool crops to the selected shape. It does not add borders or extend the background. To preserve the whole composition, keep the original shape instead.
